Shivani sees Raghu in the hotel but Raghu disappears. Shivani comes home and overhears Raghu speaking to Sumitra. Shivani is extremely upset and seeing this, Bela criticizes Raghu for breaking the heart of a girl who loves him a lot. Though Raghu has decided to leave Shivani, his caring attitude towards her does not change. Karan speaks to Raghu and tells him that Shivani only loves Raghu and will never fall in love with anybody else. But Raghu gets a surprise when he finds out that Karan has been in love with Shivani since long time. This further gives him a chance to hand over Shivani to him and help Karan get his love. The story traces the journey of Shivani; her adjustment with a man who she always thought of as a help in the house and now has to accept him as her life partner.
