Meanwhile, Simran proves Kuldeep's crime against Wajiro in the court. The judge convicts Kuldeep for committing the offence. He warns Kuldeep of sentencing him to life imprisonment, if Wajiro's condition deteriorates. Lohari gets shot, and dies. She apologises to Simran for her misdeeds before she dies.
