Koko and his friends return after completing their scout training. Ashish hates people who cause trouble to the public and are responsible for traffic jams. He kidnaps a contractor, Mukesh, and a cable wire supervisor, Sanjay, in his flying car. He kills Mukesh for delaying his construction projects, resulting in traffic jams. Koko and his friends rescue Sanjay. Ashish kidnaps Koko's grandfather for being responsible for a traffic jam. Koko-Robo duo confront Ashish and bring him to justice.
